Each of the eight suites is a standalone building with a private deck and plunge pool overlooking the bush. Tintswalo Safari Lodge is located 15 km from Orpen Gate in the Manyeleti Game Reserve, about a 1-hour drive from Hoedspruit Airport (HDS). The reserve borders Kruger National Park, allowing animals to roam freely. The lodge sits on a dry riverbed, with elephants, hyenas, and other wildlife frequently visible from the deck. It is less crowded than other reserves, offering more personal game viewing.

Services include 24-hour front desk, airport shuttle, and shuttle service within the reserve. Daily housekeeping, laundry, and turndown service with towel animals are provided.
